1-File-->Open dan yeni bir resim açın...
2-Polygonal Lasso Tool ile küçük bir alan seçin.

3-Select-->Modify-->Smooth tan Radius'u 7 girin.
4-Layer-->New-->Layer via Copy deyip seçili alanı kopyalamış olun.
5-Layer-->Layer Style-->Blending Options tan resimlerdeki aynı ayarları girin.Tabi bu efekleri sol taraftan seçili hale getirip sonra yazısına tıklayıp bu menüleri açıyorsunuz.Tabi bu ayarları damla olan ikinci layer a yapıyorsunuz.

6-Layer-->Duplicate Layer dan damla layerını çoğaltıp,Edit-->Transform dan şekillerini değiştirerek daha inandırıcı hale getirebilirsiniz
